KPS

You define how a process works. KPS uses that process while the work is happening.

If something doesn’t fit the process, KPS keeps the issue open until the required decision is made. The decision is then applied to the work.

Not another task manager.

KPS isn’t an SOP library, automation builder or chat over company documents. Those things can be part of a process, but they aren’t the product.

Where it came from.

KPS is based on problems I saw in project delivery, creative production and internal AI work.

The current concept focuses on handovers, approvals, blockers, changes and process rules.
