The work
I developed Gemini assistants using company source material and examples of staff requests.
The assistants covered operational questions and recurring communication, including maintenance and owner reporting.
Rules
What the assistant could do
The instructions defined how to use company information, what to do when information was missing and where a person had to make the decision.
I also tested incorrect responses and changed the instructions when the assistant handled an exception badly or claimed an action had already happened.
