One operating picture instead of separate delivery and reporting files
The workspace connects client work, campaign context, deliverables, approvals, pricing, budget buckets and WIP updates. The team works from operational views; the client sees a cleaner account view from the same underlying data.
The working model
The point is not another all-purpose agency dashboard. The system is intentionally narrow: delivery → approval → commercial impact → reporting.
Delivery data feeds the commercial view
Quoted cost comes from quantity × rate. Completed work moves into used cost; active work stays in pipeline; remaining budget updates from the same records.
That makes the budget view useful during delivery and client reporting instead of a second spreadsheet someone remembers to update on Friday afternoon.
Bring existing data instead of retyping everything
The template includes a setup guide and starter CSV structures for clients, campaigns and deliverables. Export your current tool or spreadsheet, map the columns, import the rows and then verify the Notion relations.
